David Hale officiating. Interment will follow in Russell Springs Cemetery, 1516 Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be after 5pmCT on Sunday, August 15, 2021, at Bernard Ridge Church of God, 170 Stephens Ridge Road, Russell Springs, KY. He was born on Saturday, March 13 1971, in Columbia, KY, the son of Judy Hale Holt, of Russell Springs, and the late Billy Howard Stephens.
