James Earl Morrison, 65, Burkesville, KY (1955-2021) Mr. James Earl Morrison of Burkesville passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at his daughter's residence. He was 65 years old. The Funeral will be conducted at 3pmCT on Sunday, August 8, 2021, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main St, Burkesville, KY. Burial will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 4pmCT on Saturday, August 7, 2021 until the funeral hour on Sunday at Norris New Funeral Home. Mr. Morrison is survived by his children, Alicia Renee (& Bro. David) McIver of Albany, Kentucky, Charles Harding Morrison of Seattle, Washington, siblings, Betty Sue Long, Elizabeth Gail Groce both of Burkesville, Kentucky, grandchildren, Annastin Reece McIver, Madison Lily McIver, Adrianna Grace McIver, Vincent David Luke McIver, along with several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers contributions to the Burkesville Fire Dept. to help purchase equipment, of the Parnell Baptist Church in his memory.
