Obituary: Nancy Norman Aldridge, 65, Adair Co., KY

Services will be held Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 1 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for Nancy Aldridge who died as a result of a fire in her home. She was a caregiver for the elderly and a nursing assistant.

She was the daughter of the late Foy and Dora Whited Norman of Adair County.
  • She is survived by two brothers: J. R. Norman of Jamestown, and Lester Norman of Evansville
  • Three sisters: Nannie Cox of St. Petersburg, FL, Nina Burton of Edinburg, IN and Janetta Gaskins of Taylorsville, IN
  • She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
  • Mrs. Aldridge was preceded in death by two brothers: Wesley Norman and Chester Norman and by one sister, Norma Jean Burton.
Bro. David Coffey will officiate at the 1 p.m. Tuesday service and interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery, 131 New Hope Church RD, Columbia, KY.

The family requests visitation after 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
