John Raymond Brockman, 84 Veteran served in World War II, Korean War John Raymond Brockman, 84, Salinas, CA, formerly of Glens Fork, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2005, at his home in Salinas, CA. A graveside service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at the Columbia Cemetery, Columbia, KY. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburge ST, Columbia, KY, is in charge of local arrangements. There will be no local visitation. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 12, 2005, at the Northminster Presbyterian Church, 315 E. Alvin DR, Salinas, CA. He was the son of the late John and Annie Wesley Brockman of Adair County, KY. Mr. Brockman was a resident of Salinas, CA, for 36 years. He was a retired Air Force Master Sergeant who served his country 27 years. He was a veteran of both World War II and the Korean War. He was active in real estate, book collecting and reading, the Lions Club, square dancing, and the Salvation Army. Mr. Brockman was preceded in death by his wifem Mildred Helen hancock Brockman on June 4, 1964. He was also preceded in deth by his wife, Lucille Brockman. He is survived by the following:
