Lovella Dotson, 94, Exie, KY (1927-2021) Lovella Dotson of Exie in Green Co., KY, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021. She was 94 years old. The funeral service will be held at NoonCT on Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court St., Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Earlene Branstetter officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery, Mell Ridge Community of Green County. Visitation is requested from 10amCT until the funeral hour at NoonCT. Lovella Dotson was born May 5, 1927 in Letcher County, Kentucky to the late Frank W. Anderson and Mary E Lemaster Anderson. She departed this life Monday, July 5, 2021 at her home in the Exie Community of Green County, surrounded by her loving family, having attained the age of ninety-four years, two months and five days. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Wisdom Faith Community Church in Metcalfe County, Kentucky. Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Fowler Dotson, one brother and one sister: Ulysses Anderson and Flossie Austin. She is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law: Charles F. and Renita Dotson of Cleveland, Ohio and Ronald V. Dotson of Green County, two brothers: Douglas Anderson of Edmonton and Virgil Anderson of Salina, Kansas, five grandchildren: Rhonda Shelley, Charlie, Randy and Lynn Dotson and Regina Meier, many great grandchildren, many great-great grandchildren, plus a host of other relatives and friends. Pallbearers: Charlie Dotson, Randy Dotson, Randy Dotson, JR, Eric Richard, Steven Meier and Ronald Dotson The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Wisdom Faith Christian Academy.
