ACSO: Adair man arrested on felony charges after foot pursuit By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Thursday, May 27, 2021, at around 2:30pmCT, Adair K-9 Deputy Chandler Staten and Deputy Chris Tweedy observed a man on Burkesville Street known to have two outstanding circuit court indictments for his arrest. As the deputies attempted contact, he fled, and a foot pursuit ensued. The man was caught and taken into custody. During a search of his person, suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were also found to be in his possession.
