Abby Grubbs Selected to MSC Champions of Character Team

Abby Grubbs of the Lindsey Wilson volleyball team has been named to the 2021 Mid-South Conference Women's Volleyball Champions of Character team, conference officials announced on Tuesday.

The MSC recognizes a Champions of Character Team for each championship sport. The student-athletes that are honored on the Champions of Character Team were nominated by their coaches based on their leadership on campus and in the community while demonstrating the five core character values of the NAIA.


Grubbs is joined by Bethel's (TN) Katelyn Van Hooser, Campbellsville's (KY) Sutton Mason, Cumberland's (TN) Madison Dinwiddie, Cumberlands' (KY) Rachel Scott, Freed-Hardeman's (TN) Claire Walker, Georgetown's (KY) Brianna Cathers, Life's (GA) Michele O'Haver, Martin Methodist's (TN) Samantha Kilian, Pikeville's (KY) Brittany Reels, Shawnee State's (OH) Maria Kolinoff, and Thomas More's (KY) Lizzie Schoenfeld.
