Tessie Tincher, 91, Campbellsville, KY (1929-2021) Tessie Tincher of Campbellsville passed away on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. She was 91 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmET on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Dr. James E. Jones. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery. Visitation is requested from 10amET until 1pmET on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. Tessie Tincher, daughter of the late Ulysses Ramsey and Hazel Baker Ramsey, was born December 11, 1929 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. Tessie was a retired seamstress, having done sewing at Mitchell's Men's Store, Parks Belk Department Store and various other stores in downtown Campbellsville. She united in marriage to R. B. Tincher June 26, 1948 and he preceded her in death July 6, 2010. She enjoyed family time and get-togethers. Tessie is survived by two daughters and two sons: Patty Mays and husband, Joe of Campbellsivlle, LaTonya Bertram of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Benny Tincher and wife, Jeanie of Marco Island, Florida and Craig Tincher of Lexington; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Tincher of Batavia, Ohio; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one sister, Vonda McKinney of Falmouth, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Tessie was also preceded in death by a son, Van Tincher July 14, 2020 and a sister, Marcie Warren. Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences at parrottramsey.com.
