Ruby Turner, 84, Green Co., KY (1936-2021) Mrs. Ruby Christine Edwards Turner passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at her home in Green County. She was 84 years old. Funeral services for Mrs. Turner will be conducted at 1pmCT on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court St., Greensburg, KY, with burial to follow in the Neagle Cemetery. A walk through visitation will be from 5pmCT until 8pmCT on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, and will continue after 7amCT on Thursday until the funeral hour. Mrs. Ruby Christine Edwards Turner was born February 9, 1936 in Metcalfe County, Kentucky to the late George Alfred Edwards and Hallie McKinney Edwards. She had made a profession in Christ and was a member of the Sulpher Springs Baptist Church. She was a Nurse's Aid for the Nursing Home. She was united in marriage to Carl William Turner who proceeds her in death. She is preceded in death by one granddaughter: Tonia Denise Turner. She is survived by one daughter and her companion: Debbie Sue Poynter and Lonnnie Winchester of Cave City; one son: Michael Thomas Turner and his companion Doris Comer of Greensburg; one granddaughter: Anna Christine Turner and her husband Johnnie Poynter of Cave City; two great-grandchildren: Gabriel Poynter and Clinton Poynter; one sister: Sue Huff of Greensburg, a companion: James H. Warf, plus a host of Nephews. Nieces, stepchildren, step-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
