Property tax bills going out to Columbia residents Reminders for 2019 and 2020 City of Columbia delinquent property taxes are being sent out. Due to COVID-19 the City did not publish the ‘19 list as normally required. If you have a delinquent bill for ‘19 or ‘20 you will be receiving a reminder allowing another 15 days to pay before publication in the media. Bills may be paid on line at cityofcolumbiaky.com, by phone or dropped in the night deposit at the rear entrance of the building, 116 Campbellsville Street.
