Hugh Mack Lewis, 72 Hugh Mack Lewis, 72, 1010 Estil Jessee Road, Columbia, KY, passed away Saturday, January 1, 2005 at 7:20 p.m., at Westlake Regional Hospital. The funeral service will be Tuesday, Jaunary 4, 2005, at 1:00 p.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Stanley Watson officiating. Mr. Lewis was the son of the late Tom Paul and Mary Sue Hill Lewis. He is survived by the following:
He was a member of the White Oak Community Church, a retired farmer, and he served in the U.S. Army. Interment will be in the Hill Cemetery at Chance, with military honors by local VFW Post 6097. Visitation is after 10:30 a.m., Monday, January 3, 2005, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY. Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
