Norma Marie Moore, 54, Burkesville, KY (1966-2021)

Norma Marie Vibbert Moore of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Cumberland County Hospital. She was 54 years old.

The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Sunday, January 31, 2021, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial will follow in Mud Camp Cemetery.

The family requests visitation on Saturday, January 30, from 5pmCT until 9pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.



Norma Marie was born on August 25, 1966 in Cumberland County, KY to the late Ralph Jr. Vibbert and Norma Lee Couch Vibbert. She was a member of Spears Chapel Community Church. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Vinnie Poindexter one daughter, Bethany Lynn Moore and one granddaughter Destiny Rayne Moore.

Survivors Include:
  • Three Sons- Tommy Gene Moore, Jr. of Burkesville, KY Johnny Ray Kidd and Brandon Wayne Moore both of Indianapolis, IN
  • One Daughter- Amy Marie Moore of Burkesville, KY
  • Three Brothers- Ralph Jr. Vibbert, II of Indianapolis, IN Jerry Flynn Vibbert of New Castle, IN and James Franklin Vibbert of Anderson, IN
  • Two Sisters- Vicki Lynn Morgan and JoAnna Faye Bass both of North Carolina
  • One Step Sister- Keena Bailey of Scottsville, KY
  • One Grandson- Dawson Reed Moore of Burkesville, KY
  • A host of other relatives and friends
