Voter turnout data for 2020 General Election released Secretary of State Micheal Adams has released voter turnout data for the 2020 General Election. Of Adair County's 13,329 registered voters, 8,877 (66%) voted in the November 2020 general election. 59.6 percent of registered Democrats voted, while 70.4 percent of registered Republicans voted in November. This was up slightly for Democrats from the last presidential election in 2016, when 57.2 percent voted, and up quite a bit from 2016 for the Republicans, when 64 percent voted.
