Clarice Butler Willis, 86, passes away in Florida Clarice Butler Willis, 86, Brandon, FL, formerly of the Milltown Community in Adair County, passed away Friday, December 3, 2004, at the Hawthorne Health & Rehab Center in Brandon, FL, after an illness. The funeral will be Friday, December 10, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY. She was of the Methodist faith and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late John A. and Cappie Poynter Butler of Adair County, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.J. Willis, on October 3, 2001. She is survived by the following:
Interment will be in the Union Cemetery at Gradyville, KY. The family requests visiting after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 9, 2004, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY.
