Columbia KSP Post 15 assists in Clinton HIDTA drug arrests Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY, assisted the HIDTA Task Force in a year long drug investigation which resulted in the arrests of seven Clinton County residents on Tuesday, November 30, 2004. HIDTA is the acronym for "High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. "The HIDTA unit was also assisted by the Albany Police Force and the Clinton County Sheriff's office. Those arrested and the charges are as follows:
