Louise Hambrick Roy, 76, Casey County, KY (1944-2020) Louise Hambrick Roy, of the Teddy Hill community, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was 76. Born on May 20, 1944, in Casey County, Kentucky, she was a daughter of the late Lillian McDonald Byrd. Louise was a CNA. She was a member of Thomas Ridge Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, quilting, canning, cooking, working, and watching western movies. She is survived by a daughter, Tonya Roy of Liberty; two sons, Timmy Roy of Dunnville and Mark Roy of Liberty; five grandchildren, Cheralyn Hatfield, Cassie Blevins (and Alex), Tiffany Roy, Chelsea Lawhorn, and Lucas Wilson (Lizzy); and five great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind special loved ones, Rosalee Murphy, Alma Luttrell, Edra Bernard, Barbara Paynter, and Sharon Roy; and a host of additional family. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gene Roy, who passed away on May 10, 2015; and her grandparents, Bill and Dez McDonald, who raised her. The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home with Bro. Hershel Lawhorn officiating. Burial will follow at 910 Full Gospel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-9pmET on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home. Please enter through the front doors (Campbellsville Street side) when you arrive at the funeral home. Social distancing guidelines must be followed by everyone in attendance. Facial coverings ARE required. Pallbearers will be Lucas Wilson, Kyler Hines, Loren Martin, Edward Nolt, Cameron Withers, and Paul Luttrell.
