Manuel Sapp, 81, Campbellsville, KY (1939-2020) Manuel Sapp of Campbellsville passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020. He was 81 years old. A private funeral service will be held on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville, officiated by Dr. Brian Rafferty and Rev. Haywood Riner. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Manuel Sapp of Campbellsville, son of the late Alonza Sapp and Della Groves Sapp, was born October 31, 1939 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He was a retired employee of GTE after thirty-five years of service. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn Baptist Church. He united in marriage to Carolyn Ann Wise January 31, 1959 and she preceded him in death October 13, 2009. He later united in marriage to Wanda Wise Rafferty May 24, 2014. Manuel loved being with his family and his church. He was good with his hands and was a willing worker for the church. He was also a member of the Emmaus Community. Besides his wife, Wanda Rafferty Sapp of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Dwight Sapp and wife, Kim of Greensburg and Stacey Arnett and husband, Jerry of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Ben Thompson and companion, Ashley Brady, Angela Garrett and husband, Ryan, Ashley Williamson and Kaley Meers and husband, George; two step-grandchildren: Chrissy Skaggs and husband, Drew and Amy Bowen; ten great-grandchildren: Riley Thompson, Zachary Smith, Allie Garrett, Zander Smith, Ella Garrett, Brooklyn Williamson, Jaxon Thompson, Michael Williamson, Sarah Williamson and Rae Matney; seven step-great-grandchildren: Hayden Garrett, Haylee Garrett, Owen Skaggs, Hensley Skaggs, Jovi Bowen, Caitlynn Brady and Easton Brady; two sisters: Laverne Witham and Bernice Cox of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Manuel was also preceded in death by a brother, Samuel Randolph Sapp November 23, 2003. Pallbearers: Ryan Garrett, Kaley Meers, Drew Skaggs, Ben Thompson, Riley Thompson, Ashley Williamson.
