Otis Burle Collins, II, 60, Elkhorn, KY (1960-2020) Otis Burle Collins, II, of Elkhorn, passed away on Monday November 23, 2020 at his residence. He was 60 years old. Due to efforts to combat the spread of COVID-19 and New requirements implemented by the Office of Governor Andy Beshear and The Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, all funeral services will be performed privately. Bro. Ricky Hogue will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Collins Cemetery. He was born in Barstow, CA on March 24, 1960, a son of the late Otis Burle Collins and Dolores Franklin Munoz. Otis was a Carpenter. Survivors include: His Children: Otis Collins III of Liberty, Jazmine Collins of Liberty, Sean Collins of Russell Springs, KY, Victor Collins of Liberty, Violet Collins of Goose Creek, S.C., Shady Saldivar of Florida and Josh Jones of Liberty, Twenty Grandchildren and Two Brothers: John Kelsey of Florida and Thomas Thrasher of New Mexico. Preceding him in death besides his parents was Two Sons: Benjamin Collins and Jeremiah Siebert and one brother, David Harrell. Bartle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
