ACSO: Louisville pair arrested for stolen vehicle By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, September 20, 2020, at 12:15amCT, Chief Deputy Justin Cross initiated a traffic stop on Guardian Street of a red 2002 Toyota for traffic violation. Upon further investigation it was found that vehicle was entered as stolen from Jefferson County. The vehicle was seized, and Mathew Vaughan, 22, and Dawn Robertson, 18, of Louisville, were arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. Both were charged with Felony Theft By Unlawful Taking over $500 but less then $10,000, motor vehicle. Chief Deputy Justin Cross was assisted by Officer Trevor Foster.
