Week 2 kits for Virtual Camp SAFARI ready at ACES today By Pam Bivens Virtual Camp SAFARI’s week 2 learning kits will be available for pickup on Thursday, September 17, 2020, from 2pm to 5pmCT, at Adair County Elementary School. Please pull around to the front of the school, remain in your car, and we will walk the kit out to you. The kits will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Mrs. Rachel Waggener will post videos for weekly art lessons utilizing the materials provided in the learning kits; she will also be available for live Google Meet for student sharing of completed projects. Mrs. Absher will provide social emotional learning through mindfulness / yoga lessons as well. Class codes and instructions will be included in the kits. Please keep in mind that an ACES teacher is available Monday – Friday, from 2:45 pm to 5pmCT for tutoring. Parents and students may call 270-384-0077 and request to speak to a teacher.
