Free internet and tutoring at Egypt Christian Church

By Will Rich, ECC Youth Pastor

Egypt Christian Church will be providing internet access for students in Adair County who do not have access at home.

ECC's high speed internet will be available at several locations on the church grounds. Those locations include:
  • All parking spaces (spaces closer to the church have better speeds)
  • Covered Picnic Shelter for outdoor seating
  • Patio area in the back of the church for outdoor seating
The church will also be open to students on Monday-Thursday from 8amCT to NoonCT for indoor seating as well as restroom access. During this time, the church will have a volunteer with teaching experience available for tutoring and extra virtual learning assistance. Although we are assisting with school work, our tutoring services are not connected with the Adair or surrounding school systems. This is just an outreach program offered through our church.

We ask that parents/guardians of students who cannot drive stay on the premises while their children are in and around the building. Anyone entering the building will be required to wear a mask. Social distancing guidelines will be expected and encouraged.

The church is located at 4855 Knifley Road Columbia, Ky 42728

Internet access at Egypt Christian Church availability:
  • Outdoor designated areas: 8amCT to 6pmCT daily
  • Indoor seating and restrooms: 8amCT to NoonCT, Monday through Thursday
  • Tutoring available: 8amCT to NoonCT, Monday through Thursday
