Noel Ross Morgan, 88, Russell Springs, KY (1931-2020)

Noel Ross Morgan of Russell Springs passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at his home. He was 88 years old.

The funeral service for Noel Ross Morgan will be held at 3pmCT on Friday, August 21, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N. Main St., Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Richie Curtis officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

Visitation is requested from 1pmCT to 3pmCT on on Friday.



He was born November 26, 1931 in Adair County to the late Edd Lee & Clemme Collins Morgan.

He was a truck driver for solid waste industry and a member of Beckham Ridge Separate Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
  • His wife: Anita Sullivan Morgan, Russell Springs
  • Two children: Ross (Patricia) Morgan, Russell Springs, and Mitchell (Deana) Morgan Russell Springs
  • Three grandchildren: Tiffany (Joe) Wilson, Denisha (Andrew) McPherson, and Marissa (Quinton) Bryant
  • Four great grandchildren: Carly, Jake & Jared Wilson, Alex McPherson
  • A sister: Mary Rose Hill, Indiana
  • Two half brothers: Johnny Morgan, Columbia, and Marvin Morgan, Columbia
  • A sister-in-law: Phyllis DeHart, Columbia
Pallbearers: Joe Wilson, Andrew McPherson, Quinton Bryant, Mark Pierce, Adam Kerr, Ronnie Jackson

Honorary Pallbearers: Carly Wilson, Alex McPherson, Jake Wilson Jared Wilson

The family requests contributions be made to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. These may be made at the funeral home.
