Sharon Elizabeth Sofiak, 76, Taylor County, KY

Sharon Elizabeth Sofiak of Campbellsville, KY died Friday, July 9, 2020 at the age of 76.

Visitation will be held Sunday July 12th, 2020 at 11:00 AM - 2 PM at Auberry Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Sunday July 12th, 2020 at 2 PM at Auberry Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brookside Cemetery in Campbellsville.



She was the daughter of the late Joseph Gregory "Monk" Wethington and Florence Glenna Wethington, born August 9, 1943 in Casey County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Christian Church.

Besides her husband Dennis K. Sofiak, she is survived by five children: Tara Burdine and husband Doug of Campbellsville, Caroline Hewitt and husband Dave of Bradfordsville, Gary Lyons and wife Terri, Larry Lyons and wife Lisa, and Scott Lyons all of Campbellsville. One Stepdaughter, Tracey Bean and husband Jason of Indianapolis. Ten Grandchildren, Eight Great-Grandchildren, a special niece Pat Willoughby of Paris, KY.

She is preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

State social distancing guidelines will be in effect for all services.
