Joyce Brown Cochran, 70, Casey County, KY (1949-2020)

Joyce Uneedie Brown Cochran, age 70, of Liberty, KY passed away on Friday July 3, 2020.

Visitation will be held 5-8pmCT/6-9pmET on Monday July 6, 2020 at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel and after 11amET Tuesday at Brush Creek Pentecostal Church. Funeral Services will be held 1pmET Tuesday July 7, 2020 at Brush Creek Pentecostal Church. Bro. Calvin Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Caney Fork Cemetery.



She was born in Casey Co., KY on September 24, 1949, a daughter of Doris Scott Brown of Liberty and the late Charles Brown.

Joyce was a retired machine operator for Caterpillar and a member of Brush Creek Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include:

One Daughter, Carla Thomas Atwood of Liberty,

One Son: Donald Ray Cochran of Liberty,

Ten Grandchildren: Ashley and (Jim) Huegel, Karrie and (David) Walker, Cheyenne Cochran and (Israel Smith), Megan Thomas, Adam Ford, Jake and (Alexis) Atwood, Emily Atwood and (Bradley King), Jackie Bell, Jerika Bell and (Dustin Hampton) and Kyndra Cochran,

Twenty Three Great Grandchildren: Myah, Wesson, Kingslee, Madison, Eli, Piper, Hazel, Josie, Lakya, Hensley, Olivia, Raelyn, Jaxon, Jaylee, Brantley, Greyson, Natalie, Carson, Jordan, Natalei, Glenn, Lincoln and Kimber, Two Brothers: C.J. and (Nancy) Brown of Lawrenceburg, KY and Calvin and (Kathy) Brown of Liberty.

Preceding her in death besides her father was One Son: George Rodney Cochran, One Grandson: Justin Atwood and One Brother: Lonnie Clayton Brown.

Bartle Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
