Primary Election 2020 vote totals are in the works The Adair County Board of Elections will meet on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 at 9amCT in Adair County Clerk Lisa Greer’s Office to certify final election totals combining all final mail-in votes received by the deadline and the in-person votes from Election Day. In-Person vote totals on Primary Election Day, Tuesday, June 23, 2020 resulted in Donald Trump (R) - 649 votes and Joe Biden (D) - 82.
