Open House held at First Realty & Auction

Guests joined in the celebration held last week at an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony for the new location of two existing businesses, First Realty & Auction and Sign America.David Breeding, Principle Broker and Auctioneer of First Realty, and Robert J. Loy, Sales Associate and Auctioneer, welcomed the crowd of business associates, customers, family and friends to the spacious new quarters on Campbellsville Street in Columbia across the street from Grissom Funeral Home.

In addition to the real estate business headquarters, the new building is also home to the Sign America production facilities which has been providing custom sign needs to Adair Countians for the past few years.

"Because we put you first" is the motto of First Realty, a full service real estate company offering private sales and auction services plus estate auctions.

David says, "with our years of experience in real estate and auctions, let First Realty & Auction be the real estate company you call first."
