By Mike Watson These photographs illustrate the advancement on the Adair County Local History and Genealogy Building, adjacent to the Adair County Public Library. Taken early Tuesday morning, the concrete foundation and pillars may be poured this week. Notice the outcropping of rock underneath the existing walkway around the Library.
