CPD: Felony Assault By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department Columbia Police Department officers responded to a residence on Guthrie Street Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2020, after neighbors called in a domestic related altercation which had occurred outside. Upon arrival, officers observed a male victim bleeding profusely from his head and called for Adair County EMS after placing a female into custody. Natasha Stotts, 35, of Columbia, has been placed into custody and charged with assault 2nd degree; a class C felony. Officer Ethen Pike was the arresting Officer.
