Wade Alan Lile, 83, Green Co., KY native (1936-2020) Mr. Wade Alan Lile of Irvington, a native of Green County, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. He was 83 years old. There will be private funeral services held for Wade Alan Lile, with Bro. Tony Yates, and Bro. Jimmy Tucker officiating, and burial to follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery. Online condolences may be left at cowherdandparrott.com. The son of the late Herman H. Lile and Prudence Wilcox Lile, Mr. Lile was born on Thursday, October 29, 1936 in Green County and departed this life on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at his home. He was 83 years, 5 months, and 14 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Garfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Garfield, Kentucky. He was a retired model maker at Fort Knox, was a furniture maker, loved woodworking, and the metal working trade. He was also a veteran having served in the United States Air Force, a patriot true to his Country to the end. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law: Kathy and Richard Edwards of South Carolina, Kimberly and Brian Franklin of Campbellsville; a son: Bruce Lile of Greensburg; three grandchildren: Erin Hodges of Campbellsville, Jordan Druin of Greensburg, and Keaton Druin and his wife, Kendra of Glasgow; five great-grandchildren: Owen, Knox, and Beckham Hodges, Kasen Druin, and Mahala Druin; a nephew: Joseph D. Lile, Jr. of West Virginia; a niece: Shelia Lile of California; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Lile was also preceded in death by a brother: Joseph Dane Lile, Sr. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Bethlehem Cemetery Fund, which can be made through the funeral home.
