From Jill W Smith State Farm Insurance Effective today our agency has made a difficult decision to close our lobby to the public. We will still be here working our normal hours, Monday - Friday 8amCT to 4:30pmCT, but our doors are locked due to Covid-19. We are asking customers to please either call us or use online/mobile access to handle any policy changes/updates, billing questions, make payments, get quotes, or file claims. Payments can be made by phone with debit card, credit card, electronic check or mail. You can also drop your payment off with check or money order and place in our box at the door during regular business hours. Additionally, you can download our mobile app by texting MOBILE to 78836. We are always here for our current customers and potential customers, as we will do our best to take care of you during this time. Thank you so much for your cooperation, your patience and your business! Remember we will be here to help you with all your insurance needs. We will miss seeing everyone so much!!!
