Families advised of Campbellsville Independent closures By Calen McKinney Campbellsville Independent Schools Public Information Officer/Grant Writer, Infinite Campus Coordinator and News Team Sponsor Campbellsville Independent Schools will now be closed through Friday, April 10, 2020. CIS campuses were initially closed from Monday, March 16, through Friday, March 27. School has now been canceled for Monday, March 30, through Friday, April 3. Spring break is scheduled for Monday, April 4, through Friday, April 10. As of now, school will be in session again on Monday, April 13. NTI days will continue through Friday, April 3. Until further notice, all after-school activities, including athletic contests, are suspended. Meals will continue to be delivered and offered in a drive-thru service. Meals will be provided for students from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day (Eastern time). Pick up stations are at the CES parent pick up line and at the back of the CHS gymnasium. Meals will also be delivered, with the following schedule. Crescent Hill Manor at 11 a.m. Air View Apartments at High Pine at 11:25 a.m. Adult Education Center/Ray Street apartments at 11:45 a.m. Layton Drive and Ravine Way at 11:50 a.m. Anna Court apartments at 12:15 p.m. Bell Court at 12:30 p.m. School nurses will be available at CES, CMS and CHS each week day from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Once again, we thank you for your trust in decisions we make to keep students and staff members safe. As always, please stay vigilant about hand washing and hygiene. Health and safety is always our top priority. We appreciate the opportunity to educate your children.
