FFNB implements drive-thru only service

By Ann Martin

Like many of you, we continue to monitor news reports regarding the spread of COVID-19 and the proper steps to protect the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and communities. I want to ensure all our customers the bank has taken, and will continue to take, steps recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to make our locations as safe as reasonably possible.

In support of Governor Beshear's efforts to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020, until March 31, 2020, we will implement Drive-Thru Only Service with Lobby Access by Appointment. We encourage you to use our convenient online and mobile banking services during this time. Most banking needs can also be easily handled by drive-thru, ATM, or over the phone. If you need to make an appointment to see one of our friendly staff or if you have questions, please call us at 270-384-2361.

We recognize many of our customers may find the coming weeks challenging due to sudden business reduction or temporary loss of employment. First & Farmers National Bank's motto of "Putting YOU First" is more than a motto, it's our practice. Should you face financial burdens in the face of this pandemic, I encourage you to call on us to see if we can assist you.
