Susie Bell Shepherd, 67, of Russell Springs, died Thursday, march 12, 2020. Funeral services will be 2pmCT Monday, March 16, 2020 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jack McMahon officiating. Visitation 1pm Monday until funeral time at 2. Interment in the Tarter Cemetery.

She was born June 3, 1952 in Shelbyville, Ky to Elmer Red and Mae Homer Clark Hortenbery. Susie was a homemaker.

In additon to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ray Hortenbery.


Husband: Glen Sheperd, Russell Springs

Daughter: Tonya (Rob) Williams, Max Meadows, VA

Six grandchildren: Stephanie, Erika, Marie, Mick, Brandon, Mason

Three great grandchildren: Tristen, Aloara, Aaliyah

A brother: John Hortenbery, Lancaster, Ky
