Clifton Lee Gosser, 73, Nancy, KY (1946-2020) Clifton Lee Gosser of Nancy passed away on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center. He was 73 years old. His funeral service will be held at 11amET on Friday, February 7, 2020, at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home, 1046 West Hwy 80, Somerset, KY, with Bro. Larry Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Tarter Cemetery in Nancy. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2020 from 5pmET until 8pmET at Lake Cumberland Funeral Home. Clifton was born on August 14, 1946 in Newcastle, IN to the late Amos Gosser and Eva Price Gosser. He loved horses and his Jack Russell puppies. Clifton enjoyed working in his garden, spending time outdoors and especially spending time with his family. He was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife, Paula Farley Gosser, whom he married on April 14, 1995 in Jamestown, TN; two daughters, Jennifer G. (and Daniel) Patton of Somerset and Jamie Lee Gosser of Somerset; one son, Jeffery Gosser (and Jeremy Law) of Lexington, KY; three sisters, Kathy (and Wayne) Denney of Nancy, Tenine (and Jerry) Stewart of Somerset and Karen Turner of Russell Springs; one brother, Danny (and Dee) Gosser of Russell Springs; one aunt, Betty Gosser of Somerset; four grandchildren, Carley (and Justin) Wilson, Gracie Wolsey, Carolyn Renee Stepp and Jerry Lee Stepp; and three great-grandchildren, Faith Wilson, Braxton Stepp and Noah Bubnick. Along with his parents, Amos and Eva Gosser, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Carolyn Smith Gosser, who preceded him on July 29, 1989. The family requests expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland or Tarter Cemetery Fund. Lake Cumberland Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
