Central Kentucky Career Academy visits Manchester Tank

On Thursday, January 9, 2020, welding instructors from the Central Kentucky Career Academy, along with administrators from Campbellsville University's adult welding program, visited Manchester Tank in Quincy, Illinois.

The goals of the visit were to meet the Manchester Tank team and to ensure Taylor County Schools is equipping our welding students with the skills needed to succeed and excel in the workforce.



We look forward to the careers and opportunities Manchester Tank will help provide in Taylor County!

Together at the meeting were: Steve McDaniel, welding instructor; Jordan Tedrow, welding instructor; Chris King, Director or Welding Technology; and Jason Roop, Director of Technology Training at CU; Keith Norris, Plant Manager; Corrie Eifert, General Manager; and Steve Reynolds, Continuous Improvement Manager.

Welding instructors from the Central Kentucky Career Academy and administrators from Campbellsville University's adult welding program, visited Manchester Tank in Quincy, Illinois as the New Year began to ensure Taylor County is equipping welding students with the skills needed to succeed and excel in the workforce.
