Today, 3 Jan, is last day to pay City taxes without penalty Today, January 3, 2020, is the last day to pay City of Columbia Property Taxes to avoid the 10% penalty. City Hall is located at 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. There is a night deposit drop box at the back entrance of the building for gas payments which may also be used to drop in your tax payments. The city also honors all payments received by mail postmarked today, January 3rd.
