ACSO: 2-vehicle accident Sunday By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, December 8, 2019, the Adair County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle injury accident on KY Hwy 900. The accident occurred when Heather Rowe and her 4 year old female juvenile passenger, who were traveling east, lost control, striking a west-bound vehicle being operated by Andrew Klingberg. The Rowe vehicle overturned after striking the Klingberg vehicle. Klingberg was not injured. The juvenile passenger in the Rowe vehicle was treated by Adair County EMS and transported to TJ Health of Columbia for possible injuries. The collision was investigated by Deputy Brandon Hitch.
