After a brief investigation, a female party who had allowed the juvenile to use the vape pen was identified and contact was made. The female admitted she had allowed the juvenile to use her personal property, which resulted in his overdose. Jessica Bennett, 21, of Columbia was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana as well as unlawful transaction with a minor 2nd degree; a class D felony. Officer Drew Conn was the investigating Officer. He was assisted by Officer Adam Cravens. This story was posted on 2019-11-03 08:40:41
