Letter: Generous Donation By Gale Cowan Adair County Judge Executive Adair County Emergency Management Director Mike Keltner and Adair County Judge Executive Gale Cowan would like to thank The Appliance Store for the generous refrigerator donation to be utilized in the Backup Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
