Willard Rowe Smith, 54

The funeral service for Willard Rowe Smith, 54, will be Friday, April 25, 2003, at 10:00 a.m. at Grissom Funeral Home, Columbia, KY.

Mr. Rowe, 3201 Gaddis Ridge Road, Elkhorn, KY, died Tuesday, April 22, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. at his residence after an illness.

He is survived by his parents, Elmer and Shirley Smith, Milltown; five daughters and sons-in-law, Tammy and Michael Corbin of Sparksville, Patricia and Fred Jr. McCarol of Milltown, Sue Ann and David Coomer of Columbia, Stacy and Curtis Hill of Russell Springs, and Kathy and Eugene Clements of Elkhorn; his fiance, Carol Vaught, and her children, Linda Sallee, Conrad Hicks, Annette Cook, and Tony Hicks; one brother, Cotton Smith and his wife, Ann Smith of Milltown; one sister, Peggy and her husband, Ralph Burton, of Columbia; and 10 grandchildren, and six step grandchildren, and six step great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, David Lynn Smith, who died in 1972.

Burial will be in Tarter's Chapel Cemetery.

Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be at Grissom Funeral Home after 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 24, 2003.
