Alice Antle McClendon, 73 Funeral services will be held Friday, April 11, 2003, at 11:00 a.m., at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home for Alice Antle McClendon, 73. Mrs. Antle died Tuesday, April 8, 2003, at 2:34 a.m. at her home at 99 Derby Street, Columbia, KY, after an illness. Mrs. Antle was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Velonia Reece Antle of Columbia, KY. She is survived by her husband, John McClendon, Columbia; one daughter, Ann Curtis of Ann Arbor, MI; two sons, John Dennis McClendon of Monroe, MI, and Joseph McClendon, San Jose California; one brother, Billy J. Antle, Glensfork, KY; thre grandchildren, Tess McClendon, Rosie Curtis, and Leah McClendon. Mrs. McClendon was a retired school teacher, who taught in Monroe, Michigan. Bro. Danny Fudge will officiate. Interment will be in the Ragan Cemetery, Glensfork, KY. Visitation at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home will be Thursday, April 10, 2003, after 4:30 p.m. Pallbearers will be Brooks Curtis, Daymond Antle, John Dennis McClendon, Tom McClendon, Joseph McClendon, and Jack McClendon; Joe Cunningham will be honorary pallbearer.
