Letter: Not just here Martha Berry writes: It's not in just this area. I was looking out the window of a 4th floor office building in Louisville not too long ago. A lady who was obviously an employee got in her car and sat for a few minutes, finishing her drink. She then poured the remainder of the drink out of her car onto the pavement. That was ok since it would evaporate. She started her car and then THREW THE CUP OUT too.
