Letter: Houchins Ferry Thad Keltner writes: Hi Linda, there's actually another ferry, called Houchins Ferry, in the Brownsville, KY area that crosses Green River. I don't know this for a fact but can only assume that the state operates it as well. Just thought I'd let you know.
