ACSO: Traffic stop leads to felony drug arrest By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office An Adair County man has been arrested on felony drug charges after a traffic stop by the Sheriff's K-9 unit. At approximately 1amCT on Friday, July 19, 2019, 26 year old Majid Alshaheen of Columbia was arrested after Deputy Josh Durbin initiated a traffic stop on Callahan Loop in the Knifley community. K-9 Nitro alerted to the odor of illegal narcotics in the vehicle, and a subsequent search of vehicle revealed Methamphetamine. Alshaheen was arrested and lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
