Annex open as temporary cooling station By Mike Keltner, Director Adair County Emergency Management The Adair County Courthouse Annex, 424 Public Square Columbia, KY will be open as a temporary cooling location from 8amCT to Sunset each day until the end of the Excessive Heat Warning on Sunday.
