ACSO: New Haven man arrested on felony drug charges By Sheriff Josh Brockman Adair County Sheriff's Office On Sunday, July 14, 2019, at around 3pmCT, Deputy Josh Durbin and K-9 Nitro were dispatched to Holmes Bend Road in Adair County on a "suspicious male" complaint. The male was located around the campground area and identified as 28 year old Gary Rinde of New Haven, KY. An investigation found Rinde to be in possession of narcotics. He was placed under arrest and lodged in Adair County Regional Jail on charges of:
