KSP looking for possible witnesses to fatal hit and run By Trooper Scotty R. Sharp Hardinsburg, KY - Kentucky State Police Post 4 is requesting the public's assistance in speaking with the driver of a late model Dodge Durango with a Florida license plate that was driving near 12798 South Hwy 259 in Breckinridge County between 11:15-11:22amCT on Saturday, July 13, 2019. KSP investigators believe the driver and any passengers in the Durango may have witnessed Mattingly strike the child, and they would like to speak with them as part of the investigation. If anyone has any information about the vehicle please contact KSP Post 4 at 270-766-5078.
