Cats can come to Green River Animal Shelter again By Tammy Campbell, Director We are accepting cats and kittens again now at the Green River Animal Shelter (GRAS). The dog warden will not be picking cats up, they must be brought to the shelter. The rates are: $20 Owner surrender fee per cat - you must fill out a surrender form. $10 stray fee per cat - you must fill out a stray form. Nursing mother and kittens - $30 per litter.
