Jay Davis, 57, Greensburg, KY (1961-2019) Jay Davis passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was 57 years old. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pmCT Sunday, July 14, 2019, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court St., Greensburg, KY. Visitation will be after 10:30amCT on Sunday until the funeral at 2pmCT on Sunday. Jay Davis was born September 1, 1961 in Barren County, KY to the late J.C. Davis and Kayvena Hancock Davis. He departed this life Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY, having attained the age of fifty-seven years, ten months and nine days. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a carpenter and installed pools for Sun Country Pools. Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister: Randye Davis. He is survived by his children and their spouses: Rachel Davis and John Ladd and Jordan Davis and Tyler Conway Davis, all of Greensburg, two grandchildren: Andrew Conner and Aubrey Ladd, three sisters and two brothers-in-law: Teresa and Robbie Howard of Vine Grove, Jill and David Moore of Campbellsville and Carolyn "Flea" Davis of Glasgow, two special nieces: Sara and Leslye Davis, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
