Letter: Location of Joe's mystery photo By Linda Waggener There have been several guesses about the mystery steps and iron bars on each side. Joe Hare made the photo in front of 303 Jamestown Street, Columbia, one of the older homes in town. He wrote that it might have been used to hang some kind of small double gate in front of the steps.
